ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable bilingual Spanish-speaking Insurance Account Representative to join our team.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and working toward goals in a fast-paced team environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your insurance knowledge, strengthen your sales and customer service skills, and grow within the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Help customers understand insurance products and coverage options
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, changes, and general questions
- Follow up with leads and customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Work individually and as part of a team to meet agency goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in Spanish – required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Motivated by goals and performance
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
